All Sales Are Final Once a product has been delivered, all sales are considered final. Refunds will not be issued for keys that have been used or redeemed.

Refund Eligibility A refund may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The key is unused and unredeemed
  • The request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase
  • Valid proof of purchase and a clear reason are provided
  • We are able to verify the license status and logs internally

Please note: Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

Chargeback Policy Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will result in:

  • Immediate revocation of your license
  • A permanent ban from all Wezzy services
  • Reporting to relevant fraud prevention networks
